Before coaching with Claire, I was stuck in ‘analysis paralysis’ in terms of what my next career steps might be and the areas I wanted to develop. I was going down rabbit holes of over-thinking about creativity, leadership, and what kind of role would feel genuinely “me” Working with Claire over 10 weeks was an amazing journey and genuine transformation. The coaching helped slow me down, zoom out, see some clear patterns and rebuild confidence. Claire created a space to explore what I value (creativity, impact, trust among others) and notice how much of what I wanted was already visible in how I worked. The sessions were well structured - I liked knowing the path ahead but also really flexible and adaptive to different things that came up on the journey that we wanted to explore more. Coaching helped build more trust in my own judgement and has let me make day-to-day changes in how I lead a global account team across business functions. This change has been noticeable and I’d had positive feedback on my account leadership from my own leaders.
