The Process

01 Free Introductory Call

I offer a free no-obligation 30-minute coaching introduction via Zoom audio or telephone call. This session is an opportunity for you to ask questions about coaching, you’ll get an idea of what it is like coaching with me and to see if we are a good fit.

Why do I offer a free session? Our relationship is the most important element of coaching. My role as your coach is to support and champion you and we work together to create an effective coaching relationship that meets your needs.

I am good at what I do, but I may not be for you. You also need to be committed and ready to move forward to create the life you really want.

Once you are booked in, I’ll send you a few short pre-session questions to help me understand your goals/issues and to clarify the focus for the session.

02 The Discovery

Coaching is based on trust, confidentiality, speaking the truth and openness.

Our coaching relationship begins with a “Discovery” session. In this 90-minute session, we get to know each other better and to design how we work together to make this a powerful and valuable experience. It’s important for me to get a sense of how you see the world and how you see you in the world.

Before the session, I’ll ask you to complete a pre-coaching self reflection questions. We’ll explore where you are now, who you are, what makes you tick, what motivates you, what blocks you and what you do you really want. Using coaching strategies and tools, we’ll uncover your core values and life purpose, your unique strengths, your interests and passions. We’ll get clarity on your goals, what you want to achieve and understand the why behind your goals. When we know why we want our goals it’s easier to focus, to be motivated to achieve them.

03 The Coaching

In 60-minute coaching sessions, I work deeply with you on specific areas in your work or life where you are feeling stuck and want to make progress.

Sessions usually begin with us prioritising and agreeing the areas that we will work on in that session. We de-brief on any completed tasks and actions or obstacles you’ve encountered that have prevented completion.

I’ll use coaching strategies and tools to help you discover those light bulb moments, uncover limiting beliefs that you have about yourself and reframe them into positive beliefs I’ll keep you accountable in the form of an inquiry or homework that you can explore in your own time. This might be a coaching exercise or self-reflection question.

You will leave the sessions with clarity and confidence on your next steps to taking consistent actions that move you towards your goals.
